i personally put stats according to gear requirements ahead of my level, that way i was always ready for it when i got there. put gear req's 1st then all the rest on mag. when you get ready for TT, especially if you have a herc and will be tanking, start splitting stats between mag and vit for better survivability.
lvl 95 stats with gear bonuses are:
vit107, str 55, dex 10, mag 393.
with buffs this gives me 3685 phys def, 10839 mag def, 5297 hp/7657 mp, 7323-8363 mag atk.
Pure Arcane, with a bit of extra vit.
